What to consider when purchasing residential property
Are we a family, or am I single? Am I an employee, self-employed or an entrepreneur? Such questions do matter because appropriate choices are required for different life circumstances. Whatever the case, a home of your own is a safe form of investment.
Various criteria influence the choice of property. For example, a working-class family with three small children will have completely different living requirements as compared with a childless entrepreneur.
When looking for the right home, a family with school-age children will most likely have to consider the proximity to the nearest school, or to recreational areas in the vicinity.
A childless couple is more likely to prioritise a shorter distance to get to work, while an entrepreneur would probably be interested in a commercial building, which might include a "company apartment".
